If location is everything, then you’ve just hit first prize. The house is situated 1 minutes walk from the main Langebaan Beach and about 2 minutes walk from all of the most popular restaurants and shops.

What accommodation is available?

3 downstairs rooms that sleep a total of 6 people.

Communal TV lounge with indoor fireplace, Dstv and Wi-Fi.

Large garden area with communal swimming pool and outdoor braai.

Off-street parking.

Upstairs is owner occupied.

Flamingos Room: Double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet.

West Coast Room: Double bed with en-suite shower and toilet.

Sand Dune Room: 2 single beds with seperate bath and toilet.

Check-in: 2.00pm – 7.00pm.         Check-out: 7.00am – 10.00am

CANCELLATION POLICY:

7 days or less before arrival = 100% (of booking total)

8 – 14 days before arrival = 100% (of deposit)

15 – 21 days before arrival = 50% (of deposit)

22 – 30 days before arrival = 25% (of deposit)

All prices exclude our Continental Breakfast which can be arranged for your convenience upon check-in.

Dinner service upon request only.

Friday evening: Traditional West Coast seafood pan platter cooked in a white wine, lemon and cream sauce. Mussels, calamari, hake, prawns, rice, salad, bread and jam: R275-00 per person.

Saturday evening: Traditional Cape West Coast braai. Wors, chicken, chops, steak, salad, braaied mielies, potato and salad: R220-00 per person.

Sunday evening: Slow cooked Lamb Shank with Rosemary in a red wine jus, mashed potato, salad: R250-00 per person.

Monday evening: Traditional Cape Malay chicken curry and rice, salad: R175-00 per person.

Tuesday evening: Lean beef Bobotie, rice and salad: R150-00 per person.

Wednesday evening: Potjie pot Tomato Bredie and rice, salad: R145-00 per person.

Thursday evening: Spaghetti bolognaise, salad: R75-00 per person.
